I went to visit the KFC, Amanora Park Town, Pune. Interestingly I found the following:
1.The counter is managed by only 3 people who were doing all the things from preparation to take orders and serve it.
2.The chicken pieces were kept in the container which was not hygienic. Some time it is being served by hands.
3.15 people were in the queue and each customer taking 10 min to serve .
4.Total mismanagement, no one to monitor and handle the operations.
