I got the max exposure here as a developer. i'm in a large mnc now with opportunities in the states. The initial phases of my career involved complete sdlc experience with prime focus in analysis. KALS being a small organization, you still can learn more.
Go for this organization to experience the projects n responsibilities. All that glitters is not gold. So smaller organizations do have some advantages as compared to bigger ones.
