I have just bought my Manza AuraABS from KHT Motors.
Overall it wasa great experience in hte wau they handled matters, in 2 days from the car reached their stockyard to giving me delivery next day they bent backwards please if I may say.
I traded in my Santro as part of the ongoing exchange program
Prashanth in finance isa thorough professional in his line. He made it real simple in terms of what hte banks expect from customer. He arranged the loan for my car from SBI. Was thereat all times and answered all my stupud questions.

Rajesh in used car exchange - he is supposed to take my car first then make the payment to their internal finance and then the registration would happen - a window of 2 - 3 days.
Krishna in Admin and Rajesh literally bent backwards to please me. No butering or if and but conditions they patiently heard me out and said this much "we will try Sir if possible we will get het vehicle registered and then delivery on Monday / Tuesday" this was Thursday evening.
Friday morning 11 AM, Krishna called - my car was going for registration.
He called again 4 pm car is ready for delivery, I could collect it at 6 pm. I could not beleive my ears!
I drove from from office in my loyal Santro. Reched KHT dealership on Kundalahalli road, Marathahalli at 5:45.

Walked to the entrance, 3 AuraABS Monarch red standing there, which one was mine? Heart said it wasthe frst one I saw and it was! As promised glistening waiting to be drven out. Went in to complete teh formalities, collected the documents, signed the feedback form gladly. I was impessed with their efficiency and professionalism in comparison, Concorde motors does the customer a favour by attending on you.
All involved the process actually came forward to wish me on taking possession of the car.
