Tata car Service - problem not solved. Review on K.H.T Motors - Indiranagar - Bangalore

I had given my Tata Indigo TDI for 1 paid service and some quick services with K.H.T motors whitefield bangalore. They are technically poor. I had given my car for paid service at 30000 kms. I had a starting problem when the starter motor will rotate slowly and the car will not start when trying to start sometimes after the engine is heated up and lets say you are in a traffic signal. The service adviser told that they had checked the starting problem and could not reproduce it. This problem was solved in a quick service which I did later. I had to do an alternator overhauling. It was not solved in the regular service.

During this service I told them that I get pain after driving the car due to the hard steering. They changed the power steering oil to some other oil instead of the prescribed one. I had an engine oil leak after this paid service. They said that the sump oil gasket has to be replaced but the real problem was in the oil filter mounting which was solved in the next paid service at concorde motors.I had done a quick service for alternator overhauling, changing of the gasket in the upper portion of the cylinder cover. In this service they did not tighten the bolts and nuts properly and gave the car. I had to revisit them to solve noise problem. The alternator belt was also not fitted properly and it gave some noise while running. Revisits are common if you do a service at K.H.T.I had done a quick service when the car started stalling with A.C at low speeds when you are shifting gears etc. They replaced the clutch and did a fuel pump timing adjustment wrongly and I lost pickup of the car. Revisits also did not solve the problem. I had to take it to Concorde motors to solve the problem. At concorde they charged heftily.K.H.T do not have a technically good crew and the condition of the car detoriates after servicing with them.The reason I had been taking my car to K.H.T motors is that they are near my house as compared to Concorde. At concorde there is a space crunch and you have to arrive in time before 9:00 A.M and there is a chance of your car getting dented at Concorde.There is a scarcity of a good service centre for Tata cars in Bangalore. Concorde motors seem to be good but they fleece customers(overcharge).
