My experience, on a routine paid service, for my palio stile, KA 03 MJ 5651 • Service booking was available only 3 days after • Spare parts even a mirror will take 14 days to deliver • Same day service for a routine service not possible; will take 72 hours minimum • Service ad visor informed the inspection report can be expected only after 48 hours; and after that only we come to know any issues are there or not • After 3 day service period, I waited 4 hours to get my car wash; there were just 3M outsourced car wash people for the entire facility •
After each car wash exterior, it is put in another long queue for interior cleaning; by that time the car exterior get full dust For me interior car wash missed to clean the dash board! they just did a vaccum clean on floor mats • Billing/job card software is very slow; for me the billing took 45 minutes after the car wash • I could not meet 1 satisfied customer there; lots of shouting furious customers for the poor service quality
