Just Dial doesn't seem to have hired trained people. The employees of this company are not at all professional. They just create clients by giving false information. When client contact them, they simply start ignoring and don't bother to attend the call.
It was surprising to see such unprofessional behavior from a company like Justdial. It's been more than two months we are chasing the guys name Hamid and Vishnu for the issues we are facing with our services but haven't received any response from any of them. Nor the issue has been resolved yet.
Management should really focus on client satisfaction which is the most important factor for any company to be in competition. The way clients have been treated, is very unsatisfactory.
I will appreciate if you could please train your team and employees to be more concentrated on client satisfaction and don't make false statement which in turn may affect the goodwill of the company in the long run.
