.I got to know about Justdial and out of curiosity to improve the customer network approached to understand the terms and conditions to market my business on their site and get me some leads.The marketing person from Justdail was Ramakanth Reddy who explained me the payment methodology, leads approachability a long side with the procedures.He was so manipulate and communicated about the payment in a very incorrect manner. I was told about advance rs 7080/-and I have made the payment for the same. then he spoke about the monthly charges which will be deducted every month 5th, I re checked on the date as I mentioned, it’s a very small firm which is in developing state any amount I am paying is with so much of difficulty and with a hope to improve business also as my account might not have balance entire month with the commitments I have. Still the marketing person Ramakanth Reddy was very clear about the date as 5th of every month. I ensured there is some amount added to my account on the same date, but surprisingly I was notified my cheque got bounced around 26 of March, to understand the cause I happened to reach customer service and I was told the cheque was processed on 26th itself. Then Ramakanth advised me not to worry and he will be sending out a link for payment and I trusted just dial agent and paid 3540/- as informed on april 04th Till 15th, I have got leads and then they stopped it, when checked with customer support I got to know the payment which is made is valid only until 15th as 15th of every month being their cut off. I was in loss for 25 days and then I was again asked to pay more to continue to get leads and now when I am asking for answers on miscommunication or manipulation my agent is not answering my calls, don't believe on Justdial marketing persons and justdail.
