Hi.
My this review is about justdial.com's refer and earn program.
In this program if you refer someone from justdial app to download and sign up for the app, you will get 1500 points, which are equivalent to 15 rs.
I have acquired 102000 points( 1020 rs) in this program and redeemed it on 12th october. While redeeming it shows that money will be Cred824ited within 30 days to my account.
After 30 days I spoke to justdial on 8888888888, they said that due to overwhelming response it will take 45 days.
There was no progress even after 45 days. Then I email to them on mobilesupport@justdial.com regarding this issue. They dont even reply for the mail.
Again I email them on mumbai@justdial.com regarding this. Then I got a call from them after 1 week. They said my issue has been forwarded to concerned department.
Now even after 1 month of sending email. I am waiting for a positive reply.
