First thing which I DON'T like at all is that they send you number to different people if you inquire about something by calling them.
Second thing, U ask for something and they would send the details of their paid / premium business.
First incident, I called up to ask about the number of a courier company. I was standing at asaf ali road and was not able to locate the office. I specifically told the rep that I am at this area and want the details of that particular courier office of blazeflash.
They sent me 4-5 numbers and none of them was located in asaf ali. I received 3 different phone calls from courier offices. But my purpose was not resolved as I was looking for a specific office and they did not tell me about that.
If you search for that particular office on their website then we would find the information

2nd incident:-
I called up for the location and number of a particular pan card application centre in Noida Sector 18. They gave me many options but none of them were relevant as at that time I was in that area and I wanted the specific information about the specific office I was looking for. And they gave me numbers of various pan card agents who called me up later and asked for 300-500 rupees.
I did tell the rep that the name of the company / office is rr investors and it's located in Sector 18, noida.
The guy searched for pan card agents and gave me numbers of pan card agents although I had asked for rr investors. Again pissed off, I managed to find it out myself. Although when I visted there, the people in that office told me that they no longer deal with pan card applications and forms.
To be precise, I did not ask for pan card agents. I asked for rr investors in Sec 18 noida. I did tell the guy that I am looking for applying for pan card and he sent me details of their premium members.
