We have a number of service providers around who are experts at poor customer service. But Just Books beats all hands down. I am a member of the Sahakarnagar branch of Just Books. The staff at the branch talks to you well only till you pay up and become a member. Post that they say everything happens from the home branch and they have no role.
The customer care phone number does not answer most of the time and even if it does the concerned personnel do not understand what you are saying. Funnily they cannot access the website the way a customer sees it. The chat service is fairly prompt in replying to messages but then what they say do not mean much as hardly anything gets converted into action. The website has lot of wrong information on availability and that leads to delay/no delivery.
The range of books is fairly good. However poor service spoils the experience, and I hope a better competitor comes up.
