My homeopathy Doctor suggested me to take everyday in a glass of milk, for strength in muscles, bones. So I am taking it from 3 years and I really find myself more active than before. Its having Calcium and Vitamin D in it.
Even, Doctor suggested to my grand mother also, where as we just seen in advertisement just for children, so my grand mother is also taking every evening with a glass of milk. Its having nice taste than any other supplements. Children also can easily drink milk, just because of Hoicks, now its comes in many more flavor like saffron and cardamom also.
Very nice by taste wise and good for every one's bone health. We are using this now everyday and every of us in our family.
