Jumbo king has come a long way and it seems that the vada pav has also come a long way. The place (JK Andheri East) was clean. At least I found it clean on the outside. The people who serve are in aprons, caps and wear gloves.Most of the outlets are located outside railway stations. Weary office goers, after a tiring day at work flock to these outlets just before entering the battlezone (a.k.a railway platform).Works every time.
I have seen (and know a few) people who had never eaten a vada pav in their life and always used to lecture us on the unhygienic food, eat the the JK outlet. they offer you a fulfilling cheese vada pav, missal vada pav for all those who love munching on sprouts, then theres chole vada pav and the ultimate schezwan vada pav a must have.There is a plate full of salted chillies at your side for you to add an xtra zing to the vada pav taste.If you get to thirsty there is always a jumbo king lassi or fountain pepsi to gulp down
At this point all mumbaikars can proudly say that thier creation the vada pav has gone global and now comes branded with high hygenic and quality specifications.
