This new trend of online booking and everything online definitely had an effect over the services provided by the travel companies. Like uber ola and many other cab services providing great experiences with reasonable price it wasn't very long when someone thought its a good idea to take the autos under one name JUGNOO.
Now thing about autowalas is that you can't understand what exacty they want to do. Do they want to go or they don't they have their own ego and will to do the thing. This kind of attitude reflects in these services also. JUGNOO except providing rides also delivers food delivery and I have experienced both.
Talking about the ride. Now problem is that the app concept is OK but there is always this connectivity issue. Its not like the service is always bad. But only when you are travelling from one chowk straight to another they can find you otherwise will just Rome around looking for you wasting their and your time and then will charge hefty. So once I ordered JUGNOO there was no autowalas and Uber had huge surge. I was expecting to pay 20 rupees max for 3km journey. First I called him but he didn't picked waiting for 18 minutes he came I sat down and went on my way and he asked for 70 rupees. I obviously objected to which is said its his auto and his price not some app wap that's what he said. It was late night dark I just paid him off to avoid any fight and chances that he might be drunk and from that day I never rode in JUGNOO.
Other time there was this delivery boy came to deliver my food came to my floor, it was on the top. He asked for 20 rupees, I said I don't pay tips. He said its not the tip but the charge of bringing my food to the top floor from stairs otherwise I had to come down to take my food and also he was tired and deserved it. At this point might have even paid him tip but I didn't liked his attitude as if I owe him something . I already had paid the delivery charge to restaurant and denied to which he said started arguing, I just took my food and shut the door. He then went away mumbling something
Now these kinda experiences don't make anyone to use services again. I don't hate these guys or have anything against them but after such experiences who would have a reason to like them also?
