I have read many books on spirituality, adventure, sci-fi, comedy both fiction and real-life stories but I have never ever read something that is so real yet truly incredible by any measure. A similar story that I read by Paulo Coelho was "The Piligrimage" but it does not compare to anything I experienced when I read "Journey Home." The sincerity and the life of the author that he has lived in India since the last 4 decades stands as a testimony to the experiences and determination that he showed in his quest to understand his one goal in life - "Love of God."
If you have ever read any book in your life then I highly recommed that you read this book. It gives deep insights of the author's realizations that we can borrow and apply within our lives. Being immersed in heaps of conditioning of city life we cannot arrive at some simple yet profound truths of life that have been so plainly explained in this book.
