I am Jayesh LohAnasultan a customer to Patel Cable, who is a dealer to Syscon Infotech Distributor, they have been charging me 3000/- Per Month for 8 MBPS unlimited, but Joister who is the service provider is providing.
The MRP of which is:
1) 25 MBPS Unlimited @ 1800/-
2) 50 MBPS for 1 TB @ 2, 648/-
3) 100 MBPS for 500 GB @ 2, 648/-
They have been in voilation of Rates and measurements act and also cheating on the clinets,
After contant and rigiourous follow up for their MAnasultanger Mr. Indrajeet, he is constantly fooling me he will visit and resolve the issue and give it at said prices,
but there is no resolution and he is now not picking up the phone or he is giving me the contact details of the Owner and Senior MAnasultangers/Directors of the company
Please take Strict actions against such crooks, as they are conning people of high internet charges agaisnt the actual MRP mentioned at Joister connect
I am also complain to all relevant Authorities in the IT Ministry and Wireless Planning commission,
Will ensure that complain board of india catering to consumer grievance cell is also intimated with such malpractices against us.
Sole person responsible is Mr Indrajeet who just constantly played with consumer Emotions and false promises and claims and cheated with such promises
