What is a serial based on history meant for!
To entertain audience?
To show what directors and producers want? OR
SHOW WHAT IS REALITY?
Jodha Akbar has become another tv soap, keep adding whatever u can to keep the show on.
The actor playing Akbar doesnt justify the character at first place. Depicting akbar as an EXTREMLY ROMANTIC king is wrong at second place.
A king becomes emperor only when he is cruel, so was CHANDA ASHOKA( king ashoka as devil) as people called him then.
No interest in history, no interest to cross check and lack of reading makes us an easy prey to these serials.
Watching serial is no problem, but believing whatever is shown is serious.
