I first visited this temple in my first year of engineering college with my friends.the thing that attracted me towards the temple was more than 1000 steps to reach the main temple.
In my first visit I was almost tired and it makes you feel that it is an achievement to reach there.but after that each year I have visited the temple and it is like you dont feel you walked the 1000 steps such is the mesmerizing effect.
Once you reach the top you can see almost the entire Virar.Its a beautiful view with a breeze blowing and make things cool.
There are many temples at the top and a few when you are reaching the top.
An 1 hour of sitting in the temple still wont make you feel bored with the view and peace in the temple.
You can reach this place easily from Virar stations as share autos continuously run in that line.also for people who cant walk the 1000 steps there is paid rope cart which takes you to the top.
But the main experience is when you walk and reach the top it gives you immense satisfaction.
All people on any age shouls atleast visit this temple once.
