Jeevdani temple is at virar. Away from the station of just 10 mins with auto and walk by 20 to 25 mins. This is a very beautiful temple situated at the top of the hill and is blessed by colorful nature. When its rain here. It feels like ur in heaven. There are around 1300 steps to reach the temple. Reaching virar and from virar to the foot of the temple is so easy.
But reaching up is not easy. Its difficult to take 1300 steps. There's rope way too. But its very joyful to go by steps. There are many shops on steps about a thing for the pooja etc. As u reach temple there is good arrangement is done to take darshan. And from the main temple up there is another temple where u can seat and relax. And from there the view is just simply awesome.
If its in monsoon then u will see full area lied in greenery. U may feel that u r in heaven. Everywhere u will find fog etc etc. Jeevdani mata is known for her activeness.This temple is open every day in yr. But in navratra too many devotees come for darshan. From up u can see the train the lakes in the locality the highways. Its really beautiful to visit at any time in monsoon and winter.
