A very poor service can say worse I have ever seen. Totally worse service.
I use jio money app to recharge my jio no because they give a exciting offer. On richarge 309 they give a 50 rs case back. I recharge my no 3 time but at last moment they say recharge fail and blance deducted from my account.
Ok if recharge not done then no issue but when I contact to jio money care they only check your passion.no answer from adviser side. I attach photo to seen this worst service to you all.
Atleast when I try 4 th time my call connect to adviser after 24 mint. He tell me we refund your blance in maximum 7 days. What is this?
Again I said if I want any service at this instant but you provide me after 7 days then what mean of that service for me. Totally useless.
Adviser also say please update your jio money app I did this after to taking with him but problem remain same. Same problem now I call him but they not attend my call.
