first of all this is not the latest router. JioFi M3 is sold in their outlets for 999 under the same exchange offer.
There is no exchange or return which is mentioned in a small print and you do not realize at the time of purchase and you are trapped.
If you are exchanging you will be unable to use the 10 vouchers because you have to compulsarily top up for 409 and recharge for a minimum of 149 each month. It makes no sense because the vouchers expire by March 2018
The staff at Reliance Digital Kamanahalli are ignorant of this offer and are a bunch of uninformed people.
The customer care is horrible and arrogant. It is typical JIO mindset. They do not care for the customer because they have netted 72 million customers.
