My cousin recently got his hands on the Jiobook for his online studies and it turned out to be such a disappointment for us. The exterior of the laptop looks cheap and clunky. The laptop runs on JioOS and you can’t really run other apps which is kind of annoying. Don’t even get me started on how slow the laptop is. We might be returning it. They tried to play youtube to watch some videos which crashed thrice. I am so disheartened by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor. Also, the memory of the laptop is really low. There are better laptops available in this price range.
