I brought JIO mobile connection from their shop, and used more than a month. After the second recharge of Rs.149 it stopped working showing no service in mobile, after several call to customer care and visiting nearest customer care and their corporate office they said my photo in the application is blurred so they disconnected my no. As I have not given any photograph for connection instead they took the photo in their office, it is solely their problem. They said I have to take a new connection. As I have not used 149 recharge I asked for the refund of it, but they says it is not possible. When enquired in my neighbourhood others also lost money like this. Through this cheating JIO makes lot of money.
