Still need to be improved . Review on Jio4GVoice

I have 4G smartphone not VOLTE so I have to download Jio4GVoice for making calling and for messaging and for doing video calling . I have faced lot of problem while using this application as I am using it since from beginning when Jio was launched . They have bad layout and design of the application as they have provide contact option in the application but they do not have search option for finding contact in the contact list and for finding any contact you have to keeps on scrolling till the end have also keep on looking . The application keeps on getting hanged anytime like some time when call is coming then when you want to receive it gets hanged and at time you will be not able to either receive the call or nor able to disconnect and at last everytime time you have to restart your smartphone again and again . And when you want to save any new contact the process is super weired and process is also bad . And it also work super slow and when you want to make any call at that time one has to click two time then call will be process and in contact option if you want to make call at that time also you have to click several time at the time of emergency it is very bad because I have been at that place . I personally does not like this application at all and want Jio to make some update and improve this application so that it makes our life more easy and texting is also bad till now also I did not figured out what they actually want to show when message is send and emojies are poor .
