As an enterprise customer who pays a good bit of security deposit and also provide a bulk business to another corporate - it is expected that some basic aspects of treating a corporate customer as slightly privileged is adopted.
I got a bill for one month of Jio service and by oversight I did not pay it on the day it was due. I get no calls / reminders(which incidentally can be provided by sms / pre-recorded voice to account admin . or even an email) BUT I get a mail AT 12:58 AM MIDNIGHT from an account identifying self as account relationship manager, stating account may be disbarred if PAYMENT IS NOT EFFECTED.
AND IT IS! WITHOUT as much as batting an eyelid - the account is blocked! and when I call the customer service and give details of payment including UTR no - the service desk asks me whether I have really made the payment and ask for account no / ISFC code of where I have made the payment!
Thats the limit to which they DO NOT TRUST THEIR CORPORATE CLIENT.
This is poorest enterprise customer service I have ever witnessed in my 20 years as corporate customer
I would warn you all before you place all your communication eggs in the Jio basket.
