I made a big mistake and ordered twice. First order was worth 7K around 40 items - They delivered only 25 Items and refunded 4 K without any communication, It was prepaid order. Second order was worth 7.5 K with 46 Items- 4 Items not delivered but they did not refunded even after 1.5 months, they charged extra 81 Rs in cash for a prepaid order. Had continuous follow-up but the issue is still not resolved. Rs 450 worth items not delivered. Delivery and packaging is worst. Broken noodles, biscuits, chips. Few substandard products. Contacting customer care is pain.
Please stay away from the cheater Jiomart. They are good for nothing! Please think before installing the app and ordering from the cheaters!
