Jio mart will tempt with schemes and then unable to deliver the goods. I have ordered on 15 Aug20 and even made full payment and was assured that the delivery will happen on Wednesday i.e. 19Aug20. But today is 21stAug20 and still, there is no trace of the order. It is unlikely to be delivered this week.
It is not possible to connect to their call center as they just do not respond to the call. They just keep sending you links to add more complaints which no one will read,
If you ask me the service is the MOST EXPENSIVE if you take into account the follow-up calls and time wasted to contact them.
BEWARE just do not order from Jio mart. they need to give larger offers and schemes because of the negative experience customers have had in the past and they need to assuage the wrath of customers by giving higher offers.
DO NOT get tempted and ignore their offers.
