Excellent fiber but worst service. Review on Jio Fiber

I tried jiofiber trial pack after airtel did not upgrade my broadband to fiber, asking me to surrender the old connection. Initial hiccups were there as jio service people are worst. They delayed the connection for long after G pay didn't work with them. Now submitting this review after 3 months use, the connection is dual band 2.4ghz at 30 to 40 Mbps and 5 Ghz at 150Mbps. I opted for the 999 plan which comes with 12 ott apps with no netflix. The speed is as portrayed for the last 3 months. Once in 4 or 5 days the 5 Ghz connection drops, you have to just switch off and on the router and it works like a breeze again. Remember the 5 Ghz connection radius is very less 5 meters or so only, so I got a dual band tp link router to extend the same. The 2.4 Ghz which gives 30 to 40 mbps has wider range, even 20 metres or so. So place the router where near jio set top box or center of the house preferably. Once or twice when I tried to contact service, it was the toughest and they have the worst service network. Airtel was top class in service. Still jiofiber is excellent and I recharged for 1 year to get extra 30 days free.
