For collecting money and installation they will reach the location in no time but when a service ticket is opened nobody is bothered to attend the service . They just close the ticket without even talking to the customer.
When the trail subscription period ends multiple people call for recharge the subscription . They even threaten the subscribers over phone to pay and continue the subscription.
When discontinuation and device collection ticket is opened they still continue to call and ask to pay but nobody comes to pickup the device.
I have to wait and see when will they refund the deposit of Rs.1, 500.
Overall pathetic service from the goons they have appointed who talk in rough careless language.
Technical Review:
1) The entire system is controlled by them and for anything we need to contact them(The actual public IP is not available to do port forwarding) - For example connecting CCTV system you need to do port forwarding which is not possible .
2) You can not have FTP or incoming traffic - Totally barred using Net over Net - You can not ping your IP from outside.
