A friend suggested Jindal Naturecure Institute for my obesity problems. I was actually considering bariatric surgery. However, he advised me to try JNI before I try something so desperate. My Obesity got in the way of a lot of things and caused serious health conditions too. I developed diabetes, BP and PCOD. Took his advice and went to JNI. I found the diet quite different, and not very tasty, and exercise and Yoga were tough. I endured with the help of the friendly staff and other inmates there. Lost considerable weight and when I went back home, I found it too difficult to keep up. My family helped and I have managed to lose about 20 kg now. My blood sugar levels are under control now and my periods too have become more regular. Have a long way to go still but Jindal Naturecure proved to be very good for me.
