I underwent treatment for my insomnia at Jindal Naturecure Institute 3 months back. I developed acute insomnia which gradually developed into a chronic problem. I got utterly confused as apparently I did not find any reason as to why I should suffer from it, particularly, all along I used to sleep well. At JNI, my problem was diagnosed as one is due to my faulty lifestyle.
It was the first time in my life when I focused on my own self. I could immediately find where I was going wrong with my heavy substance abuse in the form of taking too many cups of tea and coffee, together with 3 packs of cigarette.
JNI helped me identify the root cause of the problem with ease. After that, I was advised about certain diet plan and exercises, and Yoga particularly helped a lot. Going out in the open and exercising(things that I hadn’t done in a long while) was really exciting. However, I am not a fan of vegetarian food(alas! They insist on a vegetarian diet to my dismay) and had a tough time with that. I am following a better lifestyle now and exercise regularly. I do restrict my diet but I simply can’t do with only vegetarian food. Nevertheless I am much better now and am able to sleep well. Really good program JNI has got; would recommend to everyone!
