Jim Corbett National Park to me is like a heaven on earth.

The beauty and peaceful environment will tranquilize your mind & soul .You would never feel like coming back to the hustle and bustle of a city life after visiting this place.

Everything in the area ranging from foot hills to ravines to river beds and grasslands presents a marvelous scenic beauty which is a real treat for your eyes.

Early morning walks in the adjoining jungle trails will not only rejuvenate you but will also offer an opportunity to spot some of the rare birds in the area.

Exploring the jungle on an elephant's back or an open gypsy will introduce you the rich wildlife. My suggestion would be to go there with a mindset of not just spotting a tiger but to enjoy the rich flora and fauna in that area.

Kosi and Ramganga river banks would be the ultimate relaxing spots where you can spend hours lying in the cold & refreshing water .

Do visit the kaladhungi museum which used to be the house of the legendary Jim Corbett .Also visit the museum at the dhangarhi gate where you can get to see some of the preserved tiger, leopard and other wild animals.

Although the preserve tigers have died many years ago, but looking in their eyes can still give you some feel of how scary it would have been to encounter these beasts in the jungle when they were alive.

Overall it is a must visit place for any nature lover or a wild life enthusiast .I am sure it would definitely give you a nostalgic feeling once you return back home after visiting this place.
