Would not fly again. Review on JetLite

I should sau I flied Sahara couple of times be fore. This is my experience with JetLite.

I did a Chennai to Mumbai flight recently as theirs was the last flight and was the only option for me; FYI, am with my wife and infant. After few minutes, passengers were uneasy about the temperature which was too cold. And I complained, like many others. Meanwhile, all the stewards were inside behind the curtain eating food (adding to our woes, the food they were eating was better than what they served us) and no one was there to attend to anyone preseeing the button. At a time, there were many people pressing the button to call attendants and one passenger even went and had a verbal argument. Someone else wanted to meet the captain.

And after I complained, 1 hour later, it was still cold and I had to complain again and they said they have informed the captain. And then the temperature started to recede in the last 0:30 hours of flight and my baby was shivering almost. I asked for a pillow for my baby and they said "no"; I asked for a blanket as it is cold for baby and they said "no". One attendant said, in his own words, "nothing sir.". Laughable.

And in the end, I asked for "Feedback Form" and they were quick to answer "no sir, we dont have it"; What the hell??? I would prefer an Air Deccan which is far better quality than this crappy one.
