I had travelled over 3 times through Jet Airways. 2Nos within India and 1no outside India. I had experienced same kind of bad quality food which is served in the flight. I think even Air India gives better quality food than them.
Better to have some food at the airport instead of eating in the flight as the amount they charge for the meal is not worth. In one of the dishes, the rice offered was looking low quality and was smelling very different even though I was told that it is freshly cooked.
My experience uptil now was the best in Indigo Airlines with respect to food and the punctuality and service. Do think again before booking the flight
