Jet Airways has become one of the most popular airlines in India and they have worked hard to get there. I have been to Hong Kong from Delhi twice via Jet Airways now and the service during both of those times was excellent in their business class. Champagne and food were of a high quality and were constantly being served by attentive air hostesses. As far as international flights are concerned I have no problems with Jet Airways. However, the domestic flights are a different story. My biggest complaint is that some(not all) of the cabin crew are very inattentive and a few are downright rude. This has been my experience flying around India, at least. The meals also are bland and usually of a very low quality. Legroom is also very cramped unless you get the first row of seats or the seats next to the emergency exits. Not all is bad however as when it comes to the actual flying I have only seen good pilots in Jet Airways. In summary, Jet Airways is a good international airlines for people on a budget but their domestic operations could be improved upon.
