I had a very bad experience with the airlines, we had booked a ticket from from Mumbai to Goa for 11/10/2017 with Go Airlines and Goa back to Mumbai with Jet Airways for 14/10/2017, there was an emergency in my family since my sis in law who is down in the UK had to get operated and they have a 2 yr old daughter who is still in the nursery needs to be taken care off, so my parents had to cancel their tickets on an urgent basis to facilitate their tour to the UK as early as possible to be with my sis in laws side and take care of my niece. To my surprise Go Airways gave me a total refund of my fare and Jet Airways did not give me a single penny refund. We wrote to them infinite times, called them up requested them in anyway possible, but to no avail. Pathetic is the word for their behaviour ( service) , we even submitted all the document proofs of my sis in law ( discharge reports, doctors certificate and what not) still they did not have a satisfactory answer as to why they cannot give us the refund. MAYBE THIS IS HOW THIS CHEAT AIRLINE IS THRIVING TILL NOW, BY LOOTING PPL LIKE US. I PITY THEM I REALLY PITY THEM, SO MANY PPL LIKE US WOULD HAVE CURSED THEM, AND ALL I CAN HOPE SOMEDAY IS THAT THEY GO BANKRUPT AND HAVE TO SHUT DOWN THEIR CORRUPT BUSINESS.
I TOOK THE FLIGHT BACK FROM GOA TO MUMBAI TODAY AS PER SCHEDULE , AND TO MY HORROR THE FLIGHT WAS LATE BY 1.30 HRS, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE OFF FROM GOA AT 2.30 PM AND IT TOOK OFF AT 4.00 PM, ALL THEY KEPT BARKING WAS THERE WAS SOME SORT OF CONGESTION ON MUMBAI AIRPORT, WHAT KIND OF A PATHETIC AIRLINES IS THIS AND I WONDER HOW ARE THEY STILL OPERATIONAL.
I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE USE THE SERVICES OF THIS AIRLINE EVER AGAIN.
