Recently I lost some upgrade vouchers and requested to reissues.but they refused
This time for my next flight I wanted to upgrade but did not carry the voucher . I said I can give a copy of thr voucher but airline said NO.this airline is nothing but arrogant and lacks any bit of customer orientation. They just hide under some policies only to benefit them. Its not my choice to fly this airline but lack of choices!
