My e-tkt booking ref PNR no. is RQFGTU, which was cancelled at your airport counter on 03 Apr 15. Your staff who cancelled the subject tkt briefed me to log on at info@jetairways.com and enter the PNR for completing the refund process.
But on logging on to the given email Id it is opening the general google search page listing different links of jetairways leading nowhere to the refund process. It is also surprising that the best airlines of the country does not include a link for refund of cancelled tickets on the home page itself. To make the refund process simplest in all type of cancellations, why not just refund the amount directly to the bookers bank a/c which is known during booking and send a email about the refund transaction. In my this case, the refund amount can be handed over at your counter itself as the ticket is cancelled anyway.
Also looking at the list of complaints listed above, it is very evident that more than 90% of the complaints pertain to refunds and it is very very disgusting to note that you have not addressed this large issue in the right perspective and provide relief to your customers. Even your airport counter staff who cancelled the tkt did not bother tyo brief the refund process correctly, because of which I am now writing this complaint. Even now I cant figure out the exact refund process. Please value our time also. Please atleast now improve your webpage to include a refund link and kindly keep the process simplest to have absolute transparency and urgency in refunding the cancelled tickets.
