The flight was from NewDelhi to Pune. The Flight number is Flight #795. The flight was on Saturday 2nd April 2016. In that Flight Attendant Sachin Narang was very rude, Unpolite and Unprofessional in behaviour. He making very ugly sounds of aaeeeeeeerrrr. Toilets were also not working in that. Kindly make sure that quality of flight is improved upon and JetAirways brand is also taken care well.
The other features of flight like food and punctuality were good. Seats were little uncomfortable but thats ok since it being a small distance flight.'Coz for long distances the seats were comfortable.
And at the Security Check the Lady was rude while checking perfumes and threw my perfume in dustbin without my permission, even though I told her that I can throw it.
Request you to please make sure that the overall quality of flight for all distances is improved upon and JetAirways Brand is taken care.
