I want to share my first flight experience and it was not at all good. I always wanted to travel by flight and that also by the jet airways airlines as I had heard the airline provides very good service. I was wrong about it. I had booked a jet airways flight for Rs. 4500 and thanks to paytm I got Rs.500 cashback. It was an early mornnig flight of 5A.M. From kolkata to mumbai. I had also heard jet airways provide good food in the flight and its price is included in the ticket fare. So you get free food when youre on board. I did not web checkin the flight so I reached the web checkin counter of jetairways which is in front of gate no 3 of kolkata airport. I showed the person on the counter my documents and my ticket. He selected a seat and told me your seat is 30B. I told him I want the window seat. First he game me a blank look and then he refused to do so in a rude manner which I did not like. Then I took my boarding pass and left and asked a jetairways crew for directions as it was my first time. Even he replied rudely but showed the directions. I can tell the jetaiways crew members are very rude.
I got on flight and sat on my seat. The flight took off and in a few moments the food was served. They served a cup of coffee, 1 imli choclate, 1 kitkat and masala dosa. It was the worst dosa I had ever had in my life or anyone will ever have. It was a small tiny roll of dosa which wont even suffice the hunger of a rat.
The masala was cold as ice. Pathetic food.
Never had I thought jetairways provide such food. Its better to buy and eat from the airport than to depend on the food provided by jetairways.
