I feel this review is:
I travelled in this pathetic airlines from cochin to amritsar to attend an important official meeting there. These did not deliver my check in baggage there and it was with such irresponsibility that they dealt with my complaint. Each time I called them up to follow up their action the people at the office were calling out my name and laughing which I could hear. Such unprofessional team were they that these people couldn't track my baggage till I reached home. If you are out for some urgent thing keep out of this irresponsible airliner. They will get all you money, the crew will behave like some government office in India and give you filthy food throw your baggage away and laugh at you.
