My parents took a Jet connect flight on Jan 8th, 2014 and for some odd reason they served free meals on the flight. Normally on Jet connect they sell the meals.
Anyway, both my parents fell sick (severe food poisoning) 40 minutes after they took those meals and had to be hospitalized.They went through so much trauma recovering at a hospital and on notifying Jet Airways guest relations (e-mail from their website), they took 20 days to respond and the response was that they cannot do anything about it.
Are you kidding me? You serve stale food for free and then say you don't care?
This is the most pathetic airline in the world and I urge fellow citizens to avoid this airline if you care for your loved ones.
