Hi Friends, this is my 61st review regarding Jet Airways. Well this is my third experience with Flight, first two were bitter experience with Kingfisher & Spicejet airlines.
With all these three experience's I decided to write this review on Jet Airways, with respect to their care and Quality Services shown.
2011 Christmas was so special to me that I should be at my home on that particular day, but as I'm in Mumbai on DEC 24 there is no question of Train or some other source. So as I booked my Ticket on DEC 24 it was so expensive that costed me nearly from Mumbai To Visakhapatnam (Economy Class).
So while booking I thought that it would be same as like my two previous experience's. But it was wrong prediction, throughout my HRS journey its like a special treat with Jet Airways.
I started at my home at 8.15 AM to reach domestic airport at Santacruz, as my flight is to be departure by I have to be there by for Boarding pass & Check-in.
I reached in-time and entered by 9.30 for check-in. Jet Airways Customer Support at their counter was really good they were giving guidelines to each and every member with patience. They arranged some special bus at the gate to take all of us to the staircase of the Flight.
Everything is all right and all set to enter the flight and to reach my home very soon :) Jet Airways Magic ! Entered the plane and seated by 9.50 AM. Seating, Ambiance was pretty good & cool. Air Hostess were well trained and well mannered they gave some valuable steps, which to follow & which not to.
After all the time arrived to start my journey, at exact and perfect 10.15 AM the flight take-off started and it was really smooth that nothing happened in my stomach hehe:). Breathing was quite comfortable inside and after sometime they started serving food to all passengers.
This is the best admiring part in Jet Airways & I loved it like anything! They were asking each and every passenger whether Veggie/Non-Veggie I have chosen Non-veg. they served Chicken Tikka with some zeera rice and dry fruits and as well Coffee!
I really swear guys even though I paid a big price I was totally cooled by their Fabulous Food ! and after that I just passed time away by reading magazines & some other stuff. Overall the journey was very decent and calm with no disruptions & disturbances!
And finally the time was 12:00 PM exactly and flight landed at perfect time at Vizag. After that I handed over my luggage at Belt and it was safe with seal. Overall it was perfect with a minute cons. With this I'm sure that I may be a regular customer for jet airways!
Well compared to kingfisher airways they provide some entertainment like LCD screen in front of us along with some headphones to enjoy some Music! But in case of Jet Airways I didn't found any of these. Magazine also belongs to their Community only, even though I was not bored because of my PSP.
But if they improve in this respective section, I hope Jet Airways would be great and Mindblowing! Hope this review would help at least some people and I strongly recommend this airlines under few conditions.
1.Please book your ticket in-advance as early as possible for jet airways.
2.Carry some time pass device with you. That's it friends ! I don't know whether anyone had a bitter experience with Jet Airways, but I thank them for making my journey so simple and made me to reach by time. :)
