We say that we are in the age of information and technology. The online transactions are considered to be the fastest way of commerce across industries.
I cancelled a JET Airways flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on 8th November which I had booked online and was promised for refunds in a week's time. Its 3rd December today and after numerous attempts to get the refunds, I have not been able to trace the whereabouts my hard earned money.
All I get to know is for some reason the process for initiating refunds has not been started as yet even though the ticket was cancelled nearly a month back. I fail to understand how is it possible that a ticket is cancelled and the customer has to keep the track if the refunds have been initiated or not!!!! Is the Jet Airways following a path to stone age??
