It was very recent that I booked my Toronto- Brussel- Mumbai return ticket with one of an Indian origin airlines "Jet Airways".I was not sure how that would go as I have travelled "Air India " , but not at all a gr8 fan of it as it does not represents India in any ways .
I did my booking online which was easy and quick too .. no issues got a good deal to when booked with Jet Airways own website ..and not from any other travel site.A word of advice I have seen is that if you need to book Jet airways its cheaper on jetwairways.com compared to Expedia.com or other travel site.
Very first that you notice as you go on airport is the announcement even on Toronto airport for this flights is in Hindi , Indian's national language.Feels very proud to hear it though it really does not matter still feels in India.
The check in , security check up are done very neatly and well to the standards .As soon we enter the flight we feel very nice and at home atmosphere awaits you .Greetings by mostly Indian Airhostess or Stewards is a very warm feeling . It was unusual to see the Airhostess and Stewards would have their attire changed as the flight goes in air and would come more in formals ....When it comes to a flight the first question that comes to mind is how is the leg space in Economy class and too frank I am really happy that I enjoyed the legspace a lot .. But please prefer the Aisle seats to enjopy more for leg space ...
The food and the beverage section was delcious ..catered Indian or Continental food both in flights.
What appealed me a lot was the entertaiment part .. It had a wide variety of channels that a person can play with and watch .. from serials to famouse movies both bollywood and hollywood .Surprised to find movies Marathi or other regional movies too... definately would appeal some individuals like me .
Overall I enjoyed travelling in Jet Airways not just for a feel of home but due to may other qualties that person looks when travelling long routes .. Definately I would request for others to try it once and have your own expereince of this airlines.
