I had a very bad experience while I am flying from SIngapore to India (Chennai). I can explain you the horrible experience I had.
When I came from USA to Singapore, my journey is so smooth on Japan Airlines and I got problems when I started my journey from Singapore to Chennai, India. It started with my Checkin baggage.
Pity is Jet airways says they have a big name but they cannot have any tie ups with any of the international flights. I cannot checkin my international baggage as if Singapore to Chennai is like a domestic airlines. They are allowing only 20kg and that to 2 bags. Normally international passengers will have 35kg 2 bags.
I had a big argument in the Singapore airport as i cannot though my luggage in the half way in Singapore, which I am supposed to carry untill Chennai. That argument makes me more irritating as they are not listening any thing from the customer.
4. Some how I landed in the flight after sending the baggage successfully. After I enter in to the flight it's really so conjusted and cannot even move untill my seat. That makes me for inconvenient, also no one greeted me when I am heading to the flight which is a common routine.
Once I sat in the seat the airhostess came and offering me the drinks, when I asked the apple juice, they are saying they are done with that and asking me to take orange juice whcih I dont like. I said how can you finish the apple juice as you are starting just now. Some how he brought Apple Juice. The Audio is very bad and you feel more comfortable when you trave in a train in India.
I thought I shouldn't take this flight again but there is no way as I need to take this flight again in Chennai when I am returning.
Now I am in my return journey I went to Chennai airport, I had a very very bad experience where I lost my temper. The checking person is asking me to remove all the luggage as they are allowing only 20 kg. I said I am not a domestic passenger as I am a international passenger I should be allowed with 35 kgs. The same argument and she asked me to take atleast 2 kgs and finally accepted after a big argument. There is not even respect to the international passengers as we are going to India after long time to visit our loved once.
