I travelled to Colombo on jet airways on 2nd May 2017 from Hyderabad. When landed in Colombo, I observed that the luggage had damage. I reported it immediately and gave my local number. I have been told that in next few days I will get a call. but no. no one contacted me for a month inspite of my many calls . when my time came to go back to Hyderabad, I spoke to the supervisor at checkin counter(Mr. Jason). He checked and assured me that it will be taken care in Hyderabad and he is mailing the details to hyd team. with his nhassurance I boarded the flight to hyd via Bangalore. in Bangalore when I checked, they said that it will be taken care in hyd and they asked me to send a "strong" mail to embcso@jetairways.com while they are also sending a mail to hyd team. I did mailed, but no response. I called them today(7th June). one person says, "your report is not there, I couldn't hear you, contact nearest office, bye". I was seriously pissed-off. but I tried again. this time, they say that they got no update from Colombo nor from Bangalore. now they say that they will check and when asked about howmuch time, they say. no idea! meanwhile because of 4 flights of JET, my suitcase damage has been extended and now its useless/unusable. please avoid travelling on JET
