Jet Airways: The good and Bad about it!. Review on Jet Airways

There are so many reviews on Jet before and I am a frequent flier of jet from last 3 years. What made me write a review was I travelled between Hyderabad and Mumbai with my dad and Mum though I flew couple of hundred times alone officially. I and my dad were stuck in a lengthy security line and to our surprise my mum was escorted from security area to the aircraft the ground staff made her comfortable at the seat. It shows how much the airline cares for the passengers who need help and make them comfortable. Though the service levels of Jet have come down a wee bit I still prefer the airline because it maintains the time most of the flights and I also like the way they accept the mistake if any and make sure that you are properly compensated or make alternate arrangement. If you would fly more than 100 times you would have good and bad experiences but what I have seen is they accept the mistakes and I have been even awarded free ticket when I missed a flight because of not proper anouncement being made. At times when you are late and cant reach with in the 30 minutes if you can call the airport they usually print the boarding card and keep it ready so you can still take the flight like 25 min or 20 min before the departure unlike other airlines kingfisher who are adamant on being flexible even for frequent fliers. I still think Jet is more safer airline then others. I wish they can upgrade and get some new aircrafts with better in flight entertainment.
