Jet which was one of the elite travel services once upon a time, seems hell bent on shredding the customer experience.
The customer seems to be the beggar here. They overbooked the flight and informed me and 10 other customers after we reached the airport. In return they had an apology. Here also apparently status and money plays a role.
Apparently disgruntled customers who have contacts get satisfied in front of me, a high profile customer got a seat while the rest of us were turned away. No provisions were made. I got a flight for the next day, but any commitments, weddings etc were missed.
Jet is the worst airline in air. This is after I have been a part of their frequent flyer program. loyalty be damned!
