My father admitted Sri Jayadeva Institute Of Cardiovascular Sciences Bangalore on 08/05/2017(Patient id. 433023) due to chest pain, after series of tests they admitted for angiogram, after angiogram done(on 10/5/2017) Doctor called me and said there are 2 veins are blocked, one is 100% blocked and other one is 80% blocked,
so we have do Angioplasty and given the estimation as well for the 2 stents and procedure around 1, 56, 000=00, as per the estimation paid the amount and I said to go ahead with angioplasty, after angioplasty done shifted to ICU later to our Deluxe ward, I was under impression they did Angioplasty for 2 blocked veins.
I have seen the bill and case file before one hour the discharge I came to know, they did angioplasty for only one block and case file they mentioned 60% of block( earlier told me 100% block and given the estimation in printout for 2 blocks)
They are not ready to give the copy of the bill because my father covered under yeshasvini health card.
when I enquired about this on sisters and available doctors, they said as per the case file and bill only one Angioplasty done and they are no clue about 2 blocks as doctor said earlier. no one is given the clarity. same I written the feedback form as well.
so I am posting here, please clarify the same.
