I have been a customer for JFA for more than 15 years.. JFA has good furniture and sales team is generally good - but of late their service quality is pathetic - absolutely zero focus on after sale support. I had a broken chair I bought 2 years back from them and asked for repair - one person visited and said in two days he will bring the parts to fix it and took ₹ 750 and went - no news at all after that and after dIly
Follow up of more than 2 weeks I got a response stating they don’t have replacement spare part - very bad experience and wondering if they are really caring about long term customers..
